About the Position

We are seeking guest-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Restaurant team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service
  • Order food and beverages and deliver them to our guests
  • Collaborate with the Kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables and service areas
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Victorian RSA certification
  • At least 12 months of experience in a busy quality restaurant
  • Previous experience in a hotel is desirable
  • Ability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Excellent communication skills
