The Royce, a newly renovated luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Melbourne adjacent to the breathtaking Botanical Gardens and charming South Yarra, is seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join us as Housekeeping Room Attendant and Public Area Cleaner.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean, disinfect, and arrange guest rooms according to hotel standards.
  • Ensure all amenities are in place and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damage to the supervisor.
  • Ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in rooms.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests by addressing requests or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in public spaces such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and elevators.
  • Ensure all public areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Ensure that public spaces create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to hotel policies.
