We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Room Attendant in a luxury hotel setting. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, with a proven ability to work unsupervised and be well-organized. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to provide a professional approach to their work.

This is a casual position, requiring the ability to work weekends and flexible hours. On-the-job training will be provided, but previous experience will be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities include:

  • General cleaning, toilet cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, glass cleaning and dusting
  • Cleaning guest rooms, including stripping and making beds
  • Overseeing the daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, including common areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception and corridors
  • Maintaining cleaning standards in accordance with contractual requirements

Requirements for the role include:

  • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a related field
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
