In this role, you will provide exceptional guest experiences through your genuine care and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the smooth operation of the Housekeeping Department, including cleaning bathrooms, changing linen, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
  • Ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer service are consistently met.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in Housekeeping or a related field (4-star and 5-star experience highly advantageous).
  • The ability to work full-time across a 7-day rotating roster.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
