Cargo Screening Role Overview

In this role as a Cargo Screening Officer, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the security of freight across various sites. This is a full-time opportunity to support Certis with Cargo Screening Operations, requiring flexibility and 24/7 availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cargo Freight Screening: You will be responsible for screening cargo using relevant SOPs and equipment provided.
  • Operation of Cargo Screening Equipment: This includes X-ray and ETD equipment, which you will need to operate accurately.
  • Recording Screening Information: You will need to record screening information accurately and efficiently.
  • Shift Variability: Shifts will be varied across a 7-day roster, ranging from 4 to 12 hours.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Security License
  • Previous Cargo or Passenger Screening Experience
  • Ability to Work Unsupervised
  • Continuous Learning
