**Operational Excellence Manager Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated individual to work weekends in a permanent part-time capacity (0.4FTE) at our world-class visitor destination.

As the Operational Excellence Manager, you will be the front line of operational efficiency and emergency response.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure all operational aspects of the park run efficiently and safely.
  • Liaise with emergency services as the first point of contact for emergency response.
  • Coordinate and manage any incidents involving staff or visitors.
  • Escalate emergency matters per Monarto's Emergency Fire Safety Control Plans.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff, volunteers, and work experience students.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the Visitor Centre and ensure high visitor satisfaction.
  • Uphold workplace health and safety procedures and compliance.
