Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating limited release and core finished products from work-in-progress components">
  • Managing quality assurance on bottling line functions and product raw materials">
  • Participating and running daily sensory panels for work-in-progress and finished products">
  • Taking and maintaining precise quantitative and qualitative records">
  • Regulatory recordkeeping and inventory management compliance">
  • Maintenance of a safe work environment by adhering to WH&S procedures">

Requirements:

Strong sensory acuity, with a skillset in tasting and analysing spirits

Formal qualifications in sensory analysis, food science, distilling or engineering are desirable

Excellent Excel and analytical skills
