We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as full-time solo flight attendants based in Albury. Ideal candidates are:

  • Independent and self-reliant, responsible for managing the entire cabin independently, ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight.
  • Customer-focused, capable of providing caring, personalized service to passengers traveling to some of Australia's most unique destinations.

Additional qualities include being detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and compliant with aviation regulations.

The role offers a great work/life balance, competitive remuneration, and involves working on weekends, public holidays, early mornings, late finishes, and some nights away from home.

Responsibilities include equipment and security checks, in-flight announcements, food and beverage service, cleaning duties, and handling various situations independently in the cabin.

This position is rewarding, with each day bringing new experiences and a strong team spirit.

Minimum requirements:

  • Be 18 years of age or over
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Height no taller than 173 cm
  • Hold a current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
  • Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (completed within the last 3 years)
  • Demonstrate that you have:
    • Completed at least 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand, or
    • Worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or
    • Worked in the UK, Ireland, or USA for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or
    • Completed IELTS with an overall grade of 5.5
  • Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), which involves a police security check
  • Passion for the role and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device (swim assessment required)
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including during holidays and peak periods
  • High level of personal presentation
  • Natural willingness to care for and please people

Extensive training will be provided; flying experience is not required.
