This is a critical role within the Regional Office, where you will support administrative operations and contribute to delivering exceptional healthcare services. As an Administration Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, build your career, and directly impact improving health outcomes for South Australians.
About the Role:
- Establish, maintain, and control appropriate records and filing systems.
- Assist with recruitment processes and complete HR paperwork.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as stock monitoring, ordering, and maintaining ICT equipment.
- Actively participate in the Performance Review and Development program and undertake additional training where required.
- Coordinate research and prepare information for the Director Digital Health, including reports, briefing notes, and correspondence on complex and confidential issues.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in preparing committee papers, taking minutes at meetings, and following up action items.
- Proven experience using word processing and spreadsheet packages resulting in high-quality keyboard work.
- Ability to use initiative and work largely independently.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple changing processes simultaneously, efficiently, and effectively.
