Key Responsibilities:- Respond to client and clinician calls, directing them as necessary
- Action cancellations, ensuring all parties are informed appropriately
- Assist with general administration tasks when possible
- Perform reception duties such as sorting mail, IT setup for new staff, ordering supplies, arranging couriers
To succeed in this position, you will require:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to effectively prioritize tasks
- Eagerness to learn new skills
- Proactive problem-solving attitude
Additionally, you must possess:
- NDIS workers screening check
- National Police clearance
- Right to work documentation
