About the Opportunity

You will provide supportive and practical assistance to women living in our Recovery Program and Supported Accommodation Service, promoting safe, person-centred care through collaboration with case workers and program staff.

  • Deliver daily client support services including crisis response, daily living aid, and independent living skill development, ensuring clients receive holistic support.
  • Contribute to administration tasks such as record-keeping, referrals, and documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, and general household duties, creating a comfortable living environment for residents.
  • Work collaboratively to deliver effective, trauma-informed support, drawing on knowledge of recovery-oriented frameworks and group capacity-building activities.
