Job Overview

The successful candidate will provide support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plan, assisting with daily living activities, transportation, and respite care. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Requirements:

We seek candidates with the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school or equivalent qualification
  • Certificate 2 or 4 in individual support (highly regarded)
  • Lived experience or paid experience working with people with disability
  • Availability for day shifts, night shifts, sleepovers, and weekends

Desirable Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines, as well as basic care and first aid skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and access to ongoing training and development opportunities are also highly desirable.
