Are you looking for a challenging role that involves driving improvement and efficiency across multiple factories?

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Maintenance and Reliability Leader, responsible for leading maintenance operations and implementing best practices.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Determining and monitoring maintenance performance metrics across all factories.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance maintenance performance.
  • Fostering collaboration and standardization across maintenance teams.
  • Identifying opportunities for predictive maintenance and digitalization.
  • Providing expert support to factory teams in areas such as measurement and chronic failures.
  • Conducting fieldwork and taking measurements at various factory locations.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in mechanical engineering and a strong background in maintenance and reliability. If you have:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance and/or predictive maintenance roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Autocad.
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance principles.
  • Able to develop and implement projects to improve machine and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Resident in Mersin or Adana.
