You will be part of a supportive and inclusive team, performing interesting work. This key position will report to the Training Manager and will be offered on a permanent and full time basis.

Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver technical training, including workplace inductions, utilising contemporary learning strategies and adapting to different learning styles
- Contribute to the development of a technical workforce that meets current and future business objectives
- Plan and conduct technical assessments, including the verification of competencies
- Design and develop training content to meet regulatory and business requirements, within the respective trade and/or their own competence
- Monitor learner progress and performance in line with business requirements and training frameworks
- Prepare training materials and undertake technical writing activities
- Provide information and advice on training services

About you

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Aviation technical experience and training or learning and development expertise
  • Training delivery skills and experience with learning management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage technical workforce learners
  • A continuous improvement mindset, self-management skills and ability to work independently
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification is highly regarded, or willingness to gain this qualification within 6 months
