To support their expansion plans, they have created a new Project Manager position for an upcoming project in Western Sydney. The successful candidate will oversee the project, reporting directly to the Construction Manager. You will work closely with senior management to track progression and development, leading to a steady career growth.

Job Description:

About the Position

This role involves overseeing the on-time delivery of a significant project in Western Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with senior management to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed efficiently. You will be responsible for programming and scheduling works, managing clients and subcontractors, ensuring quality assurance, preparing financial reports, and handling project costing and budgets.

You will have a team of Engineers and Supervisors reporting directly to you, providing valuable support throughout the project.

Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Prior experience in project management, preferably in land development or infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project software
  • Strong understanding of commercial acumen and project budgeting
