About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team and manage a diverse portfolio of properties across NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering administrative, financial, capital, and operational aspects of the assigned property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement annual asset plans for each property, including capital upgrades and leasing strategies.
- Manage property maintenance, leasing agents, and centre management teams.
- Coordinate permitted use approvals, risk management, and insurance incidents.
- Prepare and approve property operating budgets and implement property management platforms.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of the portfolio.
- Assist in due diligence and assessment of potential acquisitions.
- Conduct financial analysis, market studies, and industry-standard reporting.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Asset Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail and office leasing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property management, leasing, and financial analysis.
