About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our client, a leading funds management business, in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial and industrial assets across the metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tenant relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assist with and manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects to maintain and improve the asset portfolio
  • Conduct regular onsite property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Develop and deliver annual budgets for the asset portfolio
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property administration records

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant industry experience in facilities management, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
  • Collaborative and team-focused approach, with a commitment to promoting the company's core values and policies
