Delivery Product Roadmap Specialist

As a key player in our company, you will be responsible for refining and delivering product roadmaps that meet the needs of our C&I customers in Australia.
You will work closely with our AU Product team to deliver shared capabilities for all customers in this market, including Salesforce and other system capabilities for our Sales and Operations teams.
Your tasks will include:
- Delivering Salesforce and other system capabilities for our Sales and Operations teams.
- Leading (or participating in) discovery sessions to define and prioritise scope.
- Managing a backlog of prioritised work for our cross-functional customer journey team.
Regular engagement with internal Sales, Customer and Market Operations teams will be key to ensuring the business can operate efficiently, and we are able to capture and capitalise on customer feedback to help grow the business.
You will also participate in (or even drive) customer discovery activities, design and run lean experiments to test hypotheses, and help grow our reliance on data to inform the decisions we make.
Requirements:- Experience in the AU energy space - C&I especially.
- At least one year of experience working on Salesforce (or an equivalent CRM).
- Experience in automation across different platforms/environments (frontend and/or backend).
- Dabble in multi-platform experiences.
