  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and agencies, driving adoption and championing improvements for all teams.
  • Analyse insights to optimise search, discovery, and the overall customer journey, ensuring every touchpoint adds value.
What We're Looking For
  • 2-4 years' experience in product management, eCommerce, or digital optimisation, with strong commercial instincts.
  • Or a strong CRO specialist with some exposure to product.
  • Familiarity with tools like Optimizely, AB Tasty, Hotjar.
  • A talented communicator who can present with confidence, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
  • A strategic, curious mindset with a focus on continual discovery, improvement, and delivering real business outcomes.
