Product Roadmap Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to refine and deliver the product roadmap for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Salesforce and other system capabilities for Sales and Operations teams, leading discovery sessions to define and prioritize scope, managing a backlog of prioritized work for cross-functional customer journey teams, publishing PRDs and release notes, and providing key milestone updates during delivery and post-release performance reports.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the AU energy space, particularly C&I, at least one year working on Salesforce or equivalent CRM, automation experience across different platforms/environments, and multitasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
