Key Role: Product Delivery Specialist

The role of Product Delivery Specialist will play a pivotal part in driving the implementation of IT solutions across various departments. The individual will be responsible for leading user requirements gathering and analysis, data and research, business analytics, evaluating and implementing innovative products and solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leading user requirements gathering and analysis to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Drive product implementation by leveraging industry research and building business cases to gather required funding.
  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple vendor networks to ensure that products meet performance expectations.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and engagement by facilitating effective communication between internal teams and vendors.
  • Monitor and evaluate product progress and key performance indicators, analyse product performance and iterate on optimization strategies.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making by leveraging data analytics and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years in a Product Owner or similar role.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of product management, design, and analysis principles and experience working with a development team to deliver features on time.
  • Confluence and Jira experience preferred.
  • Proven experience with product development, roadmap creation, and execution.
  • Experience with transformational, enterprise-level projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment, fostering collaboration and effective teamwork among cross-functional teams.
  • Strong drive, initiative, ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent project leadership, risk, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to various audiences.
  • Proven interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills critical for understanding and addressing the unique requirements of diverse customer bases.
