About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated carpentry supervisor to lead our residential maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, with experience in supervisory roles and a proven track record of managing teams. They will be proficient in reading plans, inspecting jobs, planning, and organizing materials and labor. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Project management: Oversee multiple residential maintenance projects from start to finish.
  • Team leadership: Lead a team of skilled tradespeople to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Quality control: Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and is completed on time.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, staff, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
