About the Role

This senior role involves overseeing IT projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within agreed-upon timelines. The ideal candidate will have expertise in multiple technologies, including Documentum, IBM WebSphere, DB2 content management, and cloud migration.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients. A strong understanding of project management principles, including sprint planning, solution design, estimation, impact assessment, system and user requirements analysis, and program design and development is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage IT application development, implementation, and maintenance projects
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within agreed-upon timelines
  3. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and service transition plans
  4. Prepare formal user stories based on functional and non-functional requirements
  5. Create product backlogs and groom them for continuous delivery

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong track record of stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
