About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Montessori Educator to lead our early childhood program and provide high-quality educational experiences for children aged 0-2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Montessori programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of our children
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure a strong partnership in their child's education
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that align with the National Quality Framework

Requirements:

  • Cert III or Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
  • 1-2 years experience in a leadership role
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • Excellent understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including the National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of the importance of family communications
