Our team is seeking a Christmas Casual to join our dynamic retail environment. This seasonal role offers the opportunity to work with a premium, limited, and exclusive sneaker retailer.

About the Position

As a Christmas Casual, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing excellent service, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

You will be required to work across various aspects of the store, including receiving stock, replenishing shelves, picking and packing online orders, and providing support to your colleagues to achieve sales and KPI goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction is memorable and enjoyable
  • Support the team in achieving sales and KPI targets by promoting products, engaging customers, and maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained through receiving, restocking, and shelving merchandise
  • Pick and pack click and dispatch orders efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture by being approachable, supportive, and enthusiastic
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Full availability from October to mid-January, including weekends, late nights, and holidays
  • Retail experience is advantageous but not essential; passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service is crucial
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven individual who is open to learning, feedback, and growth
