Customer Service Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in Western Sydney, providing exceptional customer service experiences to members and guests across 3 venues.

About The Role:

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Assisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requests
  • Working in our Housekeeping, Bar and Gaming Area, including beverage service, TAB and Keno
  • Delivery of great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently; and
  • Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification
  • Bar and gaming service experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work a mixture of day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts
  • Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time; and
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
