The role of the Disability and Inclusion Coach is to support teaching staff in achieving improvements in student learning.

About the Opportunity- Contribute to policy development relating to teaching and learning
- Work closely with teaching staff to drive our vision of empowering every child to learn, achieve, and excel
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers and families to address behavioral challenges
- Analyse and evaluate data to inform decision making
As a Disability and Inclusion Coach, you will be responsible for:
- Providing coaching and mentoring to teaching staff
- Modeling best practice in disability inclusion
- Supporting teachers and families to develop strategies for improving student outcomes
- Collecting, analysing, and evaluating data to inform decision making
