We are currently seeking a Full-Time Inventory Control Specialist to manage daily invoices and receiving documentation within our hotel procurement system, ensuring precision and reliability. This position reports directly to the Purchasing Manager.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Inventory Control Specialist's primary responsibilities encompass:
- Monitoring and documenting received inventory while completing inventory logs and reports.
- Reconciling shipping invoices with receiving documentation to guarantee accuracy.
- Inputting invoices using designated software applications.
- Assisting with deliveries and operational tasks at the loading dock.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 25kgs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and meticulous attention to detail.
