Catholic Education Western Australia is seeking a skilled Administrative Officer to join our team as a College Receptionist. This is an ongoing part-time position (0.4 FTE) that requires a high level of administrative support and reception duties.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the college, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records. They will also be responsible for managing the college reception area, including greeting visitors and handling correspondence.
Selection Criteria
To be eligible for this role, applicants must be legally permitted to work in Australia and be prepared to support the Catholic ethos in the performance of their duties. A current National Police History Check as issued by the Department of Education Western Australia is also required.
