The Role

We're seeking a skilled Transport Manager to oversee the day-to-day allocation of freight for our rapidly growing client base. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end fulfilment processes with transport carriers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a wide network of line-haul carriers around Australia to ensure efficient freight allocation.
  • Lead a team of professionals to maintain industry-leading DIFOT while adhering to CoR/HVNL requirements.
  • Identify areas for improvement in our proprietary TMS and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  • Manage issues escalated by your team and collaborate with the Operations Manager as needed.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the transport industry, preferably in middle mile road freight forwarding.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and lead a team under intense pressure.
  • Practical and proactive mindset to find transport solutions for our clients.
  • Desire to learn, adapt, and grow with our company.
