Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead the strategic growth of our prepaid business in Australasia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing plans to drive revenue growth, optimize existing volume, and identify new business opportunities.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and optimize existing volume
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver client and company projects
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic and operational plans aligning with client and company objectives
  • Identify prepaid business initiatives with government agencies to grow future revenues
  • Assist in driving and delivering on Mastercard Transit strategy with local Mastercard Government leads
  • Partner with customers to identify business opportunities, resolve problems, and deliver solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, quantitative communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop trust and credibility with peers, internal, and external stakeholders
  • Confident, proactive personality with demonstrated persistence in identifying and resolving issues and developing opportunities and solutions
