Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the strategic growth of our Prepaid Business in Australasia. As Director – Government and New Zealand Market, you will be responsible for leveraging our strong brand, technology, operations, and risk platforms to deliver bottom-line results to our partners.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to power selling success outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include developing strategic and operational plans, identifying initiatives, and executing plans to achieve business and financial objectives.

As a successful candidate, you will have strong influencing and negotiation skills, as well as excellent problem-solving, analytical, quantitative communication, and organizational skills. You will also possess the ability to develop trust and credibility with peers, internal, and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as an Account Lead, Key Account Manager or relevant role.
  • Strong People leadership skills driving Mastercard behaviors through recognition, coaching, and employee engagement.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to successfully implement quantifiable business plans.
  • Effective leadership with proven client relationship skills.
