Property Insurance Claims Administrator

As a Claims Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer service and efficient administration of property insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders.
- Liaise with policyholders on key decisions regarding their properties.
- Collaborate with insurance companies and loss adjusters throughout the entire claim lifecycle.
- Assist with daily telephone calls, emails, and administrative tasks.
- Process new claims, arrange estimators, and submit quotes while adhering to established performance metrics.
- Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Update database records in real-time to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Experience in Property Insurance Claims or a strong background in property/facilities/construction.
- A results-driven individual committed to meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and high computer competency in Microsoft Office tools.
- An ability to thrive in a team environment, with a positive can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
