
Insurance Claims Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Claims Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in property insurance claims or construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent full-time position available for an entry-level individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company. As a Claims Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administering property insurance claims, and liaising with clients, internal staff members, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high levels of communication with all stakeholders
- Liaise with policyholders throughout the life of the repair on key decisions relating to their works
- Liaise with insurance companies and loss adjusters throughout the total claim life
- Assist with daily telephone calls, emails, and administration
- Process new claims, arrange estimators, and submit quotes while adhering to KPIs
- Monitor incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Keep constant and up-to-date correspondence in database
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Property Insurance Claims and/or a solid property/facilities/construction background
- Results-driven, striving to meet and exceed our KPIs
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Proactive and solution-focused
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of computer competency in knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to thrive in a team
