Overview

We are seeking an experienced Claims Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day customer service and administration of property insurance claims.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires exceptional organisational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in property insurance claims and/or a solid property/facilities/construction background.

  • Maintaining high levels of communication with stakeholders
  • Liaising with policyholders throughout the life of the repair on key decisions relating to their works
  • Liaising with insurance companies and loss adjusters throughout the total claim life
  • Assisting with daily telephone calls, emails and administration
  • Processing new claims, arranging estimators and submitting quotes while adhering to KPIs
  • Monitoring incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of computer competency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Able to thrive in a team environment
