Retail Store Leadership Opportunity

About the Role

As a skilled retail professional, you will be responsible for leading our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You will manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling.

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including spirits, wine, and beer, and provide expert advice to customers

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage store operations effectively, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities

  • Provide expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service to drive sales and build customer loyalty
About You
