We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Co-Store Manager to lead and inspire our team, creating a stylish and welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

This is a full-time position of 38 hours per week that requires availability Tuesday to Saturday, and occasional public holidays.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading their team to achieve sales targets while offering personalized styling and service.

Key responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, managing stock levels, updating visual displays, and efficiently rostering to ensure the store runs smoothly.

We offer a competitive hourly rate with penalty rates for late nights, weekends, and holidays. Monthly and seasonal bonuses are also available based on performance.
