Company DescriptionTABOO is a certified social enterprise in Australia that sells 100% organic cotton period products, with all profits dedicated to ending period poverty. Customers can subscribe online or in retail stores for personal use, purchase products for their organisation, or participate in the Pad it Forward program to support people at risk of Period Poverty in Australia. The organisation is led by Co-Founder, Eloise Hall and operates with a small team, with staff based both in Adelaide and Melbourne.

Role DescriptionThis is a casual, hybrid Sales and Customer Service role at TABOO Period Products. The role has a large focus on sales, securing new customers, namely large organisations, local councils and other places where toilet paper is freely provided. It is also expected that you maintain high-quality customer service support for existing clients.

Your role will also oversee the handling of customer inquiries, coordinating logistics with a 3PL partner and collaborating with the team. Whilst the role is casual, at an hourly rate of $32-$38 p / h, starting at only 6 hours per week, the role is expected to scale to be more reflective of a full-time workload by the end of the financial year, or sooner if you're exceeding sales targets. TABOO proudly supports a flexible working environment, and remote working is possible. TABOO's operations are based in South Australia, and practical logistics support with our warehouse will be required from time to time; therefore, we are only accepting applicants based in South Australia.

You will report directly to TABOO's Managing Director, Eloise Hall and will be expected to meet reasonable sales KPIs and attend networking events to continue to strengthen TABOO's presence.

DesirableExtensive experience and / or training in salesExperience working with other social enterprisesInventory Management ExperienceExperience with KlaviyoQualifications and / or extensive experience in administrative software such as Xero and Shopify.Sound knowledge of Google SuiteA valid driver's License

Objectives & KPIs Upholding a consistent, timely and high-quality delivery of ordersPositive feedback on TABOO's customer service from both stakeholders and clientsIncreased turnover of salesGreater engagement with our clients and customers through emails and marketing efforts.
