Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment as a Sales Support Officer. As the first point of contact for clients, you will provide exceptional customer service via email and phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely customer service via email and phone
  • Support sales process and office tasks
  • Perform general warehousing duties, including ordering from suppliers and receiving stock
  • Manage freight dispatch and quotes
  • Monitor sales and invoicing, and conduct regular stock takes
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
  • Previous stock management experience in retail
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
