As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting participants to transform their lives. You will be responsible for identifying and securing employment opportunities, supporting job readiness and delivering quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with local employers to secure employment opportunities for participants
- Support participants to develop skills and become job ready
- Deliver high-quality service while adhering to contractual requirements
- Enhance employability through training and support referrals
- Develop personalised job plans for clear employment pathways
- Maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
Our ideal candidate is driven, solution-focused and has excellent communication skills. They must demonstrate composure and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. We welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills from sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development and administration.
Requirements:
- Australian citizenship or eligibility to work in Australia
- Current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willigness to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
