Job Role Overview

We empower people to find work through our Employment Plus service, helping job seekers transition into the workforce.

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers and engage with 'work ready' individuals to secure sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Clearly identify and address barriers preventing job seekers from being job ready.
  • Provide participants with tools and confidence to enter the workforce, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and resilience to maximise employment outcomes.

You will be based at our Woden site, working in a forward-thinking culture that drives high performance.

About You
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A confident and trustworthy self-starter who can achieve meaningful results and provide solutions to complex problems is required.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations, as well as demonstrated experience in achieving business KPIs and targets, are highly valued.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of MS Office are necessary for effective task completion.

This role requires a flexible and adaptable approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
