Working at Thredbo provides access to outdoor adventures like skiing, hiking and mountain biking, while living in the Snowy Mountains fosters a close-knit community of outdoor enthusiasts.
- Assist guests in the hotel and external properties
- Carry out hotel reception check in and check out, cash and credit card handling
- Answer guest enquiries both face to face and on the switchboard
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience
- Organise tasks, prioritise and work unsupervised
This role requires manual driver's license as well as previous experience in hotel reservations and customer service. The ideal candidate must be able to handle high pressure situations and make the guests' experience memorable.
