We are seeking a skilled culinary professional to join our team as a Chef De Partie. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for producing high-quality meals and ensuring that the hotel's kitchens meet the highest standards.

• Demonstrate superior recipe knowledge and ability to prepare sauces, soups, and hot dishes for service and special functions.
• Maintain food quality and quantity as it relates to portion control and monitor all food storage facilities to ensure proper storage techniques are being used.
• Possess strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with other members of the service team.
• Meet grooming standards and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
