Job Summary

This role focuses on delivering high-quality services across the Territory.

About the Position

You will work closely with the Territory Director to develop and promote quality and safety standards.

The position involves overseeing quality management, ensuring legislative compliance, and promoting culturally safe practices for First Nations children.

You will lead audits, develop improvement plans, coordinate incident responses, and provide guidance on care standards and policy.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A recognised qualification in Social Work, Quality or Business Management.
  • Minimum two years' experience in child safety, out of home care or family services with at least one year of supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in policy review within a quality framework and developing quality procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality management, compliance, and accreditation coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and current thinking regarding child safety and child safeguarding.
