Quality and Service Improvement Lead

This is a challenging role that involves developing, promoting and influencing the quality and safety of services. You will work closely with the Territory Director to develop mechanisms to support the delivery of safe and high-quality Out of Home Care services.

About the Role:
  • Develop and review local procedures and improvement plans
  • Lead audits and ensure actions are tracked and completed
  • Coordinate responses to incidents and complaints
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure reporting meets all requirements
  • Provide guidance and training on care standards and policy to staff
Requirements:
  • A recognised Social Work, Quality or Business Management Qualification
  • Minimum two years' experience in child safety, out of home care or family services with at least one year of supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated experience in policy review within a quality framework and developing and maintaining quality and practice procedures
  • Demonstrated experience in quality management, compliance and accreditation coordination
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures and current thinking regarding child safety out of home care and child safeguarding
Benefits:

  • Salary: $110,102.72- $114,983.44 per annum (based on 1.0 FTE)
