Goodstart Early Learning is a leading provider of early learning and care in Australia, with a vision to improve the lives of children and their families. We are seeking a State Performance Lead to join our team in Western Australia.

The State Performance Lead will work closely with the State Manager to ensure the best Centre Directors are in place across all centres in the state. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complexity and competing priorities. The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Centre Directors to achieve exceeding performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve centre performance
  • Monitor performance using data, observations, and insights
  • Work with the State Support Team to align support with centre needs
  • Ensure centres have effective Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) and philosophies
