As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving long-term success for our customers.
- Develop and execute tailored customer success strategies to boost adoption, retention, and advocacy.
- Owning the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with key decision-makers and stakeholders to foster lasting relationships and drive business growth.
- Facilitate product training for clients, leveraging your expertise to ensure seamless adoption.
- Monitor customer health, identifying areas for improvement and developing risk mitigation plans.
- Design and implement retention strategies that align with customer goals and objectives.
- Promote upsell revenue by showcasing new product features and expanded usage opportunities.
- Serve as an internal advocate for customers, proactively addressing concerns and feedback.
- Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics while maintaining accurate administration and notes.
- Be prepared to visit clients in person to build strong relationships and drive business outcomes.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in fast-paced environments.
- Commercial acumen and a track record of driving recurring revenue growth.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology or real estate sectors.
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement customer-centric plans and objectives.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with a focus on trust and open communication.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Comfortable working with data analytics to identify customer risks and opportunities.
