As a key leader in our organization, the Branch Manager will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and business results.
This dynamic role involves empowering a team of Customer Advisors to embody our company values at our Woolloongabba branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Putting customers at the centre of everything
- Cultivating a culture of excellence through coaching and mentoring staff to achieve business objectives
- Driving sales activity and identifying cross-sale opportunities
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strategically developing the branch
To succeed in this role, applicants should possess:
- A proven track record in retail banking management or leadership roles
- Customer-centric thinking and the ability to influence and coach staff
- A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and commitment to quality
