As a key leader in our organization, the Branch Manager will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and business results.

This dynamic role involves empowering a team of Customer Advisors to embody our company values at our Woolloongabba branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Putting customers at the centre of everything
  • Cultivating a culture of excellence through coaching and mentoring staff to achieve business objectives
  • Driving sales activity and identifying cross-sale opportunities
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strategically developing the branch

To succeed in this role, applicants should possess:

  • A proven track record in retail banking management or leadership roles
  • Customer-centric thinking and the ability to influence and coach staff
  • A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and commitment to quality
