About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our client's technology infrastructure. You'll work closely with stakeholders, systems, and transformation teams to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions that align with our client's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Technical Analysis: Translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborating with software developers to ensure optimal solutions.
  • Solution Design: Develop detailed design documents, including data flows, process flows, and system configurations.
  • Implementation: Configure Salesforce and other systems, developing flows, validation rules, and reports.
  • Project Management: Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and managing risks and issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing, including UAT, to ensure system quality and user satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong understanding of BABOK and Agile Methodologies
  • ERP system knowledge
  • Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and SQL
  • ITIL Certification
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Analyst) are highly desirable
  • PMP certification or equivalent is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
