Lead Strategic Growth Initiatives

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Business Manager to join our Central Technology Team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and support strategic growth initiatives, drive business outcomes, and collaborate with the Leadership Team to develop and implement workforce strategies for 700+ resources working across 30+ locations globally.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee organisational change activities, provide timely and accurate reporting of key initiatives, and support the technology strategy.

You will have the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders, develop and evaluate business cases for technology investments, and bridge the 'communication gap' between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
